Peter Szabo

I write fiction. Sometimes I write screenplays and makes films. I’m fond of suspense/thrillers, action, science fiction, and stories with a fast pace and emotional, even reactive, characters. A little romance has been known to warm my heart.

Fave authors include Jodi Picoult, Charles Dickens, Stephen King, John Irving, Brandon Sanderson.

In 2020, I finished my first fiction novel, then shelved it to learn more about the craft. I completed my second novel, a mystery-thriller named THE REVIVED, available as of November 3, 2025.

I graduated from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Degree in English Literature. I earned an income writing technical documentation and marketing materials for various industries.

I wrote and directed seven short films, including a screenplay adaptation of the short story, Nona, by Stephen King, which I also directed and renamed Love Never Dies.
